1/ Free Cancellation Period:

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

2/ Cancellation Charges:

If a cancellation is made within 24 hours/days of the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total rental cost will apply.

3/ No-Show Policy:

If a customer fails to pick up the reserved vehicle and does not inform AlbCars of the cancellation, the full rental amount will be charged.

4/ How to Cancel:

Customers can cancel their reservation through their AlbCars account or by contacting our customer support team.

5/ Refund Process:

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 2 business days through the original payment method used during the reservation.

6/ Exceptions:

AlbCars reserves the right to modify or amend the cancellation policy based on specific circumstances, such as force majeure events or emergencies.

7/ Changes to Reservations:

Changes to existing reservations are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges. Customers are encouraged to contact AlbCars customer support for assistance with reservation modifications.

8/ Additional Terms:

The AlbCars cancellation policy is subject to the general terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Agreement. By making a reservation through AlbCars, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
